A comparative assessment of major global providers
The first edition of The Total Brand Experience: Data VPN Global Providers, was published today. This report highlights the top level, key findings, from a three year study of extensive interviews with decision makers and influencers, from multi-national enterprises. Respondents completed scorecards, covering their service experience with ICT, data VPN and Brand. By gathering the views of users, on their service experiences, and updating these each year, over a 3 year period, this study amassed in excess of 150,000 points of data to analyse. The OCEAN (Outstanding Customer Service Experience Analysis & News) Index was calculated, to provide a comparative score of perceived brand performance over time, comparing: AT&T, BT, Cable & Wireless, NTT Com, T-Systems, Verizon Business, Telefonica and Orange Business Services.
